产教融合视域下高职教师发展策略分析

A strategic study of higher vocational teachers development and industry education integration

摘要 调查发现,产教融合视域下高职院校的引进人才机制需要创新,教师发展与岗位要求存在偏差,教师发展评价、激励机制有待完善,要使高职教师健康发展,应提高教师综合素养,解决专业发展能力;培养"双师型"队伍建设,完善教师发展评价体系,进一步落实产教融合政策等. A survey has found that the development of teachers in vocational colleges meets with career boredom, lack of practical ability, sense of responsibility and mission, low satisfaction with colleges, and lack of happiness. Hence, this paper argues for improvement of teachers’ morals, professional competence, self-development appraisal, incentives and school-business cooperation, while the government should improve the higher vocational reform, formulate policies, and actively promote the tripartite cooperation among colleges, teachers and enterprises.
