舟山柔直工程混合式直流断路器短路试验方案设计及现场实践 被引量:11

摘要 含混合式直流断路器的柔性直流工程直流极线短路试验尚属国际空白。为检验柔直电网中直流断路器故障清除的可靠性以及与换流阀的配合逻辑,获取实际短路过程中断路器周围空间的电磁干扰数据,并为后续柔直工程开展短路试验积累经验,有必要在现有柔直工程中开展直流极线短路试验。该文针对装设有混合式高压直流断路器的舟山200 kV柔直电网定海换流站,结合直流断路器和换流阀不同的动作配合逻辑,设计了换流站直流极线正极、负极和双极短路试验方案。该方案克服了电缆输电系统难以形成人工短路故障的困难,在现场实践中验证了单极故障下直流断路器分断换流阀不闭锁的动作逻辑,首次完成了柔性直流输电工程的双极短路试验,并获取了短路试验过程中直流极线瞬态电压、瞬态电流及空间电磁场数据,可为混合式直流断路器本体研制和后续直流电网工程应用提供技术支撑。 The short circuit test of voltage-sourced converter based high voltage direct current(VSC-HVDC) power grid with hybrid DC circuit breaker is still a blank in the world. In order to test the fault clearance reliability of DC circuit breaker and the logic of cooperation with the VSC valve, it is necessary to carry out short circuit tests in VSC-HVDC transmission projects. The electromagnetic environment data around the circuit breaker need to be acquired in the tests, which can accumulate experience for similar tests in the future. Based on the Dinghai VSC Converter Station of Zhoushan 200 kV DC Grid equipped with hybrid DC circuit breakers, this paper combines with the different action logics of DC circuit breaker and VSC valve, designs three short circuit test schemes in this converter station, including positive pole-to-ground fault, negative pole-to-ground fault, and pole-to-pole fault. These schemes overcome the difficulty of artificial short circuit faults in cable transmission systems. In the application, the action logic of the DC circuit breaker breaking and the converter valve not being blocked under a pole-to-ground fault was verified, the pole-to-pole short-circuit tests of the VSC-HVDC power grid were completed for the first time, and the transient voltage, current, and electromagnetic field data of DC side were obtained. It provides technical support for the research of hybrid DC circuit breaker and subsequent HVDC transmission projects.
