摘要
在新时期发展背景下,我国中小物流企业面临新的发展机遇和挑战,实施智慧物流既是提升中小物流企业发展竞争力的主要途径,也是提升其经济效益的最主要手段,能够大幅度提高中小物流企业的工作效率,并降低工作成本。论文针对中小物流企业实施智慧物流的方法进行了论述,并对智慧物流发展过程中存在的问题以及应对措施进行了探讨。
Under the background of the development of the new era,China's small and medium-sized logistics enterprises are facing new development opportunities and challenges.The implementation of smart logistics is not only the main way to improve the development competitiveness of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises,but also the most important means to improve their economic benefits,which can greatly improve the work efficiency of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises and reduce work costs.This paper discusses the methods of implementing smart logistics by small and medium-sized logistics enterprises,and discusses the problems existing in the development process of smart logistics and the countermeasures.
