硅橡胶基阻燃输电绝缘子的老化及寿命预测 被引量:8

摘要 采用高温加速老化的方法,在210℃下对制备的硅橡胶基阻燃输电绝缘子样品进行不同时间的热老化试验,并使用扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)、接触角测试仪对样品性能进行测量表征。结果表明:随着老化时间的延长,样品中含有的三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(MCA)阻燃剂颗粒不断分解,在样品表面形成大量孔洞,氨基和羟基官能团的红外吸收峰强度不断减小;使用不同溶液测得的接触角都呈下降趋势,其中盐溶液与酸液对疏水性的侵蚀更加严重;利用Hallberg-Peck模型与接触角推算出水条件下硅橡胶绝缘子的寿命为16.6年,酸雨条件下硅橡胶绝缘子的寿命为10.4年,海水条件下硅橡胶绝缘子的寿命为10.2年。 In this paper,thermal ageing tests were conducted on the prepared silicone rubber-based flame-retardant transmission insulator samples at 210℃for different times by high temperature accelerated ageing method,and their performance were tested by scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),and contact angle tester.The results show that with the extension of ageing time,the melamine cyanurate(MCA)flame retardant particles in the sample decompose continuously,a large number of pores are formed on the surface of sample,and the infrared intensity of amino and hydroxyl functional groups continues to decrease.The contact angles measured by different solutions show a downward trend,and the erosion of hydrophobicity by the salt solution and acid solution is more serious.The lifetime of samples under the water condition calculated by Hallberg-Peck model and the contact angle is 16.6 years,the lifetime of samples under acid rain conditions is 10.4 years,and the lifetime of samples under seawater condition is 10.2 years.
