摘要
沙鲁里山系地区位于青藏高原东部横断山脉的腹心地区,也是康巴藏族文化的核心地区,该地区的民族医药以南派藏医药为特色,所辖7个县(雅江县、稻城县、乡城县、得荣县、巴塘县、理塘县、木里县)均开办中藏医院或藏医院,为当地群众提供医疗服务。2019年在这7县内,对与南派藏医药有关的医院、相关组织、机构和个人进行访问调查,发现该地区近40年南派藏医药在硬件设施、宣传有很大的发展,但普遍存在缺乏高级人才、受外来文化冲击、无制药许可证、藏药材原料短缺等问题,据此提出加强藏医药人才储备和培养、用各种新媒体手段宣传藏医药文化、发展藏药材生态种植园项目的具体措施和建议。
located in the center of the Hengduan Mountains in the eastern part of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau,the Shaluli mountain region is also an important part of the“priority area of biodiversity conservation in the southern part of Hengduan Mountains”in China.Seven counties located in the region included Yajiang County,Daocheng County,Xiangcheng County,Derong County,Batang County,Litang County,and Muli County,they all have Chinese Medicine&Tibetan hospitals or Tibetan hospitals to provide medical services for the local people.An investigation about Southern Tibetan Medicine was conducted in these hospitals,relevant organizations,institutions and individuals in 2019.The result showed that in the past 40 years,there has been a great development in hardware foundation,facilities and publicity of Tibetan medicine in this region,but there are many problems,such as lack of senior talents,being attacked by foreign culture,no pharmaceutical license,shortage of raw materials for Tibetan medicine,etc.Based on this,the paper puts forward some concrete measures and suggestions to strengthen the reserve and training of Tibetan medicine talents,publicize Tibetan medicine culture with various new media means,and develop the project of Tibetan medicine ecological plantation.
