摘要
目的:文章分析2020年1月1日至2020年4月5日的文献数据,挖掘中医辨证治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎的处方用药规律和特点,以期为新型冠状病毒肺炎的中医临床选方用药提供参考。方法:检索336篇相关文献,将最终筛选出的23篇临床病例类文献的中药、方名归类,并分别查出药物的药性、归经及功效,运用Excel、Spss 20.0、Weka 3.8、Cytoscape 3.6.1对文献数据进行统计分析,并归纳出主要用方及方剂的来源。结果:统计分析发现,治疗本病的高频药物为甘草、茯苓、杏仁、半夏等,并从高频药物之间的关联规则中挖掘出最常用药对和药组搭配;功效角度以化痰止咳平喘药为主,其次是化湿药、解表药等;药物归经角度以归肺经药物为最,其次是归脾、胃、心经等药物。结论:从数据挖掘结果来看此次新型冠状病毒肺炎证型初期多以寒湿疫、湿毒疫为主,后期多以肺脾两虚、肺卫不宣为主,临床上多选用具有化湿解毒透邪、理气和中、宣肺化痰的药物治疗本病,方剂主要出自《伤寒论》及《温病条辨》。
Objective novel coronavirus pneumonia was novel coronavirus pneumonia in China from 01 to 012020 to 042020,05.Methods a total of 336 related literatures were searched,and the names of traditional Chinese medicine and prescriptions in 23 selected clinical case literatures were classified,and the drug properties,meridian tropism and efficacy were found out respectively.The literature data were statistically analyzed by Excel,SPSS 20.0,Weka 3.8 and Cytoscape 3.6.1,and the main sources of prescriptions and prescriptions were summarized.Result Statistical analysis found that the high-frequency drugs for the treatment of this disease were licorice,Poria cocos,almond,Pinellia ternate,etc.,and the most commonly used drug pairs and drug combinations were excavated from the association rules between high-frequency drugs;from the perspective of efficacy,the main drugs were phlegm relieving cough and asthma relieving drugs,followed by dampness resolving drugs and surface resolving drugs;from the perspective of meridian tropism,the drugs for lung meridian were the most,followed by spleen,stomach,heart meridian and so on.Conclusion novel coronavirus pneumonia syndrome is mainly caused by cold damp epidemic disease and damp toxin epidemic in the early stage of the new coronavirus pneumonia syndrome.The late stage mainly includes two deficiency of lung and spleen and lung and Defensive Qi.In clinic,many prescriptions are used to treat the disease,such as dampness and detoxification,penetration of evil,regulating qi and dispersing lung and phlegm.
