摘要
[目的]探究高血压患者在全麻诱导期间血清Apelin-12和AngⅡ的变化,评估其血管保护作用,进而为患者的术后转归提出指导意见。[方法]选取2018年9月至2019年11月在山西医科大学附属第二医院做腹腔镜胆囊手术患者80例,依据是否患有高血压分为高血压组和对照组各40例。记录各组患者全麻诱导前后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、平均动脉压(MAP)及心电图ST-T的变化程度。使用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定全麻诱导前后血清Apelin-12、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)的含量并进行相关分析。[结果]全麻诱导后高血压组血清Apelin-12降低,AngⅡ升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组则无明显变化(P>0.05)。[结论]高血压患者全麻诱导后血清Apelin-12降低、AngⅡ升高,提示其发生心血管事件的风险增加,术中应加强防范以确保手术安全。
[Objective]To explore the changes of serum Apelin-12 and AngⅡin hypertensive patients dur-ing induction of general anesthesia,to evaluate their vascular protection.and to provide guidance for the patient's postoperative outcome.[Methods] IF rom September 2018 to November 2019,80 patients who underwent laparoscopic gallbladder surgery in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University were selected.According to whether they had hypertension,they were divided into hypertension group and control group with 40 cases each.The changes of systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),mean arterial pressure(MAP)and ST-T of ECG before and after induction of general anesthesia in each group were recor-ded.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to determine the levels of serum Apelin-12 and angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ)before and after induction of general anesthesia and related analysis.[Results]After induction of general anesthesia,serum Apelin-12 decreased and AngⅡincreased in the hypertensive group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while there was no significant change in the control group(P>0.05).[Conclusion]After induction of general anesthesia in hypertensive patients,serum Apelin-12 decreases and AngⅡincreases,suggesting an increased risk of cardiovascular events.Intraoperative precau-tions should be strengthened to ensure surgical safety.
