摘要
目的:观察自拟通阳宣痹舒心方加减联合美托洛尔治疗对缺血性心脏病患者基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、内脂素(Visfatin)的影响,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:选取我院于2018年4月~2020年6月收治的缺血性心脏病患者130例,根据治疗方法分为两组,每组65例。两组患者均给予常规对症治疗,对照组加用美托洛尔治疗,观察组在常规对症基础上给予自拟通阳宣痹舒心方加减联合美托洛尔治疗。记录两组治疗前后心绞痛发作情况、西雅图心绞痛量表(SAQ)评分及6min步行距离(6MWT)、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、MMP-9、Visfatin、Hcy、五聚素3(PTX-3)的变化,并统计两组不良反应率。结果:治疗后两组每周发作次数和每次发作持续时间逐渐下降(P<0.05),组间比较发现,观察组心绞痛发作情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组MMP-9、Visfatin、Hcy、PTX-3逐渐下降(P<0.05),组间比较发现,观察组MMP-9、Visfatin、Hcy、PTX-3低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组SAQ评分、6MWT逐渐上升(P<0.05),IMT逐渐下降(P<0.05),组间比较发现,观察组SAQ评分、6MWT高于对照组(P<0.05),IMT低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应率为9.23%,与对照组的6.15%进行组间比较发现,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:自拟通阳宣痹舒心方加减联合美托洛尔治疗缺血性心脏病可降低MMP-9、Visfatin、Hcy等相关因子的表达,减少心绞痛的发作,提高运动耐力。
Objective:To observe the effect of Tongyang Xuanbi Shuxin Recipe combined with Metoprolol on matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP-9),homocysteine(Hcy)and endolipin(Visfatin)for patients with ischemic heart disease,and to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods:130 patients with ischemic heart disease treated in our hospital from April 2018 to June 2020 were divided into two groups according to the treatment method,65 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine symptomatic treatment,the controlled group was treated with Metoprolol,and the observation group was treated with Tongyang Xuanbi Shuxin Recipe combined with Metoprolol on the basis of routine symptomatic treatment.The changes of angina pectoris attack before and after treatment,seattle angina pectoris scale(SAQ)score and 6-minute walking distance(6 MWT),carotid intima-media thickness(IMT),MMP-9,Visfatin,Hcy,pentagglutinin 3(PTX-3)were recorded and the adverse reaction rates were counted.Results:The number of attacks per week and the duration of each attack in the two groups decreased gradually after treatment(P<0.05).Further comparison between the two groups found that the angina pectoris attack in the observation group was better than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).The MMP-9,Visfatin,Hcy,PTX-3 of the two groups decreased gradually after treatment(P<0.05),and the MMP-9,Visfatin,Hcy,PTX-3 of the observation group was lower than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).The SAQ score,6 MWT gradually increased(P<0.05)and the IMT gradually decreased(P<0.05)after treatment.Further comparison between the two groups found that the SAQ score,6 MWT of the observation group was higher than that of the controlled group(P<0.05)was lower than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).Adverse reaction rate of observation group was 9.23%,compared with 6.15%of the controlled group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Combined with Metoprolol,Tongyang Xuanbi Shuxin Recipe can reduce the expression of MMP-9,Visfatin,Hcy and other related factors,redu
