钱塘江流域洪水防御及实例分析 被引量:1

摘要 钱塘江是浙江省第一大河,流域内通过修建大中型水库削峰调蓄、防洪兴利。在洪水防御期间,快速进行洪水预测预报、提高预报准确性和可预见期,进行科学调度、发挥上游水库的共同作用十分重要。通过钱塘江流域防洪减灾数字化平台,对"20200707"洪水降雨、流量、水位等大数据分析,研究其相关性,得到洪水形成、传播规律,能较快速预测钱塘江流域遭遇强降雨后,沿程干流河道的流量、水位变化,为防御部门进行风险研判、流域精准调度提供决策支持。 Qiantang River is the longest river in Zhejiang Province,along which large and medium-sized reservoirs are constructed to control the flood.In flood prevention,it is important to make rapid flood prediction,to improve the accuracy and predictability of the forecast so as to carry out scientific scheduling and joint function of upstream reservoirs.Based on the digital platform of flood control and disaster reduction for Qiantang Basin as well as the data analysis on rainfall,flow and water stage of the flood in year 2020,the law of flood formation and flow is obtained by the correlation study.The research helps to predict the flow and water level along the main river channel in case of heavy rain,offering highly support for related department in risk control and accurate watershed scheduling.
