摘要
春秋战国“天下乱”的失序社会,凸显一系列异化的精神境遇。“执有命者”“喜音沉湎”不仅消解了治理者治道实践的本质力量,更危害了“天民”的精神生活秩序。意识到这种生活世界的异化和精神价值的割裂,墨家强非之而力主非命非乐的治道。非命尚力、非乐尚俭,是墨家面对失序化精神生活进行反思批判和治理的基本场域,其意在力命统一、苦乐相参,确立实践可行的治道逻辑和价值排序,重构良性有序、公共适宜的精神生活。
In the spring-autumn and warring-states period,the disorder society has highlighted a series of alienated spiritual circumstances.The phenomenon of“Those who hold the fatalism”and“those who indulge in music and happiness”not only dissolves the practical power of the ruler,but also endangers spiritual order of“heaven’s people”.Aware of the alienation of the life world and the separation of spiritual values,Mohism who disagree this idea have strongly advocated the governance of“Condemning Fatalism and Condemning Music”.And it is the basic field for Mohism to reflectively criticize and govern the disordered spiritual life.This just can make us understand“power and fate”,“bitterness and joy”,establish practical and feasible governance logic and value sequence,and reconstruct a virtuous,order,public and appropriate spiritual life.
