摘要
目的分析无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的效果及对肺功能的影响。方法选取2015年6月~2018年2月锦州市中心医院收治的100例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者进行研究,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规治疗方案,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用无创呼吸机配合治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、肺功能指标、并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗后的治疗总有效率及第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)高于对照组,观察组患治疗后的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者应用无创呼吸机治疗的效果显著,能改善肺功能,减少并发症,促进呼吸功能改善,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective To analyze the effect of non-invasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure and its effect on lung function.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure admitted to Jinzhou Central Hospital from June 2015 to February 2018 were selected for this study.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,while the observation group was treated with non-invasive ventilator in addition to conventional treatment.The total effective rate,pulmonary function indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate,forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FVC)and the ratio of forced expiratory volume in the first second to forced expiratory volume(FEV1/FVC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Non-invasive ventilator therapy is effective in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure,which can improve lung function,reduce complications,and promote the improvement of respiratory function,which has positive clinical significance.
