摘要 阐述了润滑油在线监测的现状,借助物联网、互联网等信息化技术实现从数据源到服务端的无缝连接,通过调用数据处理算法逻辑,判断设备的运行状态,建立设备润滑物联网平台和管理体系,实现远程实时监控和诊断,实现按质换油,为设备提供全生命周期润滑服务、技术支持,最终实现服务模式转型。 This paper describes the present status of online monitoring of lubricating oil. With the help of information technologies such as Internet of things( IoT) and Internet,the seamless connection from data source to server is realized. By calling the logic of data processing algorithm,the running status of equipment is judged,and the platform and management system of equipment lubrication IoT are established. Remote real-time monitoring and diagnosis,and oil change according to quality are realized to provide lubrication service and technical support for the whole life cycle of equipment,and finally realize the transformation of service mode.
