川菜跨文化传播与系统性设计研究 被引量:2

摘要 川菜作为中国的文化遗产,有着悠久的历史和独特的文化内涵。不同文化群体、亚文化群体在接受传播时,都会产生不同的认知和解码。川菜跨文化传播设计,重要的是消除传播障碍、语义明确、清晰、准确,因此要遵循易懂性原则,符合受众的文化习惯。川菜设计还需要注意系统性原则,这种系统性设计,微观层面包括店面、室内、餐具、制服、菜单、标志等方面的设计,宏观层面还应该考虑区域经济、产业升级,以点带面,通过川菜文化遗产的核心意义,规划相关文博园、产业园,促进文化旅游,为周边居民提供一个休闲娱乐、增长知识的场所,促进就业率。 As a cultural heritage of China,Sichuan cuisine has a long history and unique cultural connotation.When exposed to the same message,different cultural groups and sub-cultural groups may differ in their cognition and decoding.In designing Sichuan cuisine for cross-cultural communication,it is important to overcome communication barriers so that what is conveyed will be definite,clear and accurate.Hence,it is advisable to follow the principle of better understanding and to conform to the cultural habits of the audience.The design also needs to be guided by systematization.A systematic design,at a micro level,ought to cover storefront,interior,tableware,uniform,menu,logo,etc.At a macro level,it should take into account regional economy and industrial upgrading.By taking full advantage of the core significance of Sichuan cuisine cultural heritage and drawing upon experience gained therein,progress can be made in almost every aspect.Relevant cultural and expo parks and industrial parks can be planned to promote cultural tourism;places can be provided for residents in the neighborhood where they can get relaxation,entertainment,and knowledge as well;besides,more job opportunities can be created.
