摘要
依据数控加工技术以及职业技术类院校的特点,设计了数控加工技术教学实训项目-导弹模型组合件数控加工,此项目提出了能让学生产生兴趣的创意工件,从零件图纸、工艺安排、工艺过程、零件质量检测与分析等方面对数控加工技术教学项目内容进行了设计和实践。多次教学实验表明,该项目提高了学生对数控加工技术学习的主动性,学习效果得到充分提高、技能水平得到锻炼,培养了学生的技能学习方法、团队合作以及创新能力。
According to the characteristics of NC machining technology and vocational and technical colleges,and aiming at raising learning enthusiasm of the students,a teaching project of NC machining technology related with ordnance industy,NC machining of a missile model combination,has been designed and implemented from the aspects of drawing,process arrangement,process,quality detection and analysis of parts.Repeated teaching practice shows that through the project,the initiative of the students to study NC machining technology is enhanced the learning effect is effectively improved,the skill is trained,the students\skill learning team cooperation and innovation abilities are developed.
