摘要
利用统一战线的优势,促进民营经济健康发展和民营经济人士健康成长,是新时代民营经济统战工作的核心目标。文章剖析了新时代的基本内涵与特征,阐释了新时代的新目标、新理论、新矛盾、新机遇和新挑战,指出了新时代民营经济统战工作面临的新形势和新挑战,论述了新时代民营经济统战工作应坚持的原则和目标。在此基础上,提出了加强新时代民营经济统战工作的四条实践路径:一是发挥工商联的桥梁和纽带作用;二是加强民营经济基层党组织建设;三是改善民营经济组织的发展环境;四是提高民营经济人士的政治地位。
By making full use of the advantages of the united front work,the core objective of the united front work in private sectors in the New Era lies in maintaining the sound development momentum of the private economy as well as ensuring the vibrant development of those who engage in private sectors.The present article analyzes the basic connotation and characteristics of the New Era,expounds the new goals,new theories,new contradictions,new opportunities and new challenges of the New Era,points out the new situation and new challenges that the united front work in private sectors in the New Era is confronted with,and discusses the principles and objectives that should be upheld for improving the united front work in private sectors in the New Era.On this basis,four practical paths for strengthening the united front work in the private economy in the New Era are proposed as follows:1)Give full play to the role of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and its local branches being a bridge and link;2)Enhance the construction of grass-roots Party organizations in private economic entities;3)Improve the development environment of private economic organizations;and 4)Raise the political status of private sector stakeholders.
