呼伦贝尔割草地植物群落碳、氮及其比值对施肥处理的响应 被引量:2

Response of Carbon and Nitrogen Contents and Their Ratios to Fertilization in the Plant Community of Hulunbeier Mowing Grassland

摘要 采用“3414”施肥试验设计,结合对比分析、双因素等高线图及双重筛选逐步回归分析等方法,探讨割草地植物群落碳、氮及碳氮比对施肥处理的响应。结果表明:割草地施肥(氮磷钾肥)对草地植物群落碳和氮含量均有促进作用,且对氮的促进作用高于碳,进而导致植物群落碳氮比下降。施氮肥对植物群落氮含量促进作用明显,磷肥(高于175kg/hm^(2))和钾肥(高于28kg/hm^(2))施用量须达到阈值才能影响植物群落碳氮比。植物群落碳、氮和碳氮比对氮肥的响应程度依次降低,且存在自身的响应规律。在保证获得较高的植物群落地上净初级生产力情况下,保证植物群落碳氮比合理是判断草地改良的重要指标之一。 In this experiment,“3414”fertilizing experiment design was used to explore the response of carbon(C)and nitrogen(N)content and C/N of plant community of mowing grassland to fertilization treatment,combined with comparative analysis,two factors contour map and double screening stepwise regression analysis.The results showed that fertilization(N,P and K fertilizer)could promote the carbon and nitrogen content of plant community in mowed grassland,and the promotion effect on nitrogen was greater than that of on carbon,which led to the decrease of C/N of plant community.Nitrogen application promoted the nitrogen content of plant community obviously,the application of phosphorus fertilizer(higher than 175kg/hm^(2))and potassium fertilizer(higher than 28kg/hm^(2))must reach the threshold to affect the C/N of plant community.The response degree of carbon content,nitrogen content and C/N of plant community to nitrogen fertilizer decreased successively,and there was its own response law.It is one of the important indexes to judge grassland improvement to ensure a reasonable C/N of plant community under the condition of ensuring a higher aboveground net primary productivity of plant community.
