摘要
目的探讨血液透析并发症患者针对性护理效果。方法本次研究以我院2017年8月-2019年8月收治的70血液透析且出现并发症患者为护理对象,全部患者随机纳入对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35),对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组针对患者并发症,实施针对性护理措施面,比较两组患者心理状态,对血液透析的认知水平,以及并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果(1)两组患者心理状态评分和对血液透析的认知水平比较,护理前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后对应指标评分改善,与对照组相比,观察组更优(P<0.05);(2)两组并发症发生率对比,观察组(2.86%)高于对照组(17.14%),组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)比较两组患者满意率。观察组(94.29%)高于对照组(77.14%)(P<0.05)。结论针对血液透析并发症患者实施针对性护理,可提升对患者心理状态改善程度和对血液透析相关知识的认知水平。同时通过相应护理可提对并发症控制效果,患者对该方式护理满意程度更高。
Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing for patients with complications of hemodialysis.Methods This study took 70 patients with hemodialysis admitted in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 as complications,and all patients were randomized.The control group(n=35)and the observation group(n=35)were included.The control group adopted conventional nursing measures.The observation group targeted patients’complications,implemented targeted nursing measures,and compared the two groups of patients'psychological state,cognitive level of hemodialysis,and the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction.Results(1)Comparison of psychological state scores and cognitive level of hemodialysis between the two groups showed no significant difference before nursing(P>0.05),and the corresponding index scores improved significantly after nursing.Compared with the control group,the observation group was better(P<0.05);(2)the incidence of complications in the two groups was compared,the observation group(2.86%)was higher than the control group(17.14%),and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05);(3)the patient satisfaction rate was compared between the two groups.The observation group(94.29%)was significantly higher than the control group(77.14%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing targeted nursing for patients with complications of hemodialysis can improve the degree of improvement of patients'psychological state and the level of knowledge about hemodialysis related knowledge.At the same time,the effect of controlling complications can be improved by corresponding nursing,and patients are more satisfied with the nursing of this way.
