摘要
目的分析产科无痛分娩技术与常规分娩对产妇的分娩结局的影响。方法选取2018年6月-2020年6月本院产科收治的1000例产妇作为研究对象,随机分组法将患者分为研究组、对照组,每组各500例。对照组接受常规分娩,研究组接受无痛分娩技术分娩,比较两组分娩结局、视觉模拟量表(VAS评分)、新生儿Apgar评分、总产程时间、产后失血量、产后24 h泌乳量。结果(1)研究组中少有不良分娩结局,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)研究组不同时段VAS评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)研究组新生儿Apgar评分(9.1±0.4)分高于对照组(8.3±0.7)分,研究组总产程时间(6.2±1.3)h、产后失血量(180.5±5.8)mL、产后24 h泌乳量(864.3±105.6)mL均低于对照组(9.2±1.6)h、(256.8±8.5)mL、(745.9±122.7)mL,差异具有统计学意义(t=22.1880,32.5396,165.7991,16.3543,P<0.05)。结论对产妇实施无痛分娩技术可减低不良分娩结局发生率,减轻产妇疼痛感,缩短总产程时间,提高新生儿Apgar评分,较常规分娩具有优势。
Objective To analyze the effect of painless delivery technology and routine delivery on the outcome of childbirth in obstetrics department.Methods A total of 1000 cases of puerpera admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research object,and the patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 500 cases in each group.The control group received routine delivery,and the research group received painless delivery technology.The childbirth outcome,visual analogue scale(VAS score),Apgar score,total labor time,postpartum blood loss,postpartum 24 h milk production were compared between the two groups.Results(1)There were few adverse childbirth outcomes in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).(2)The VAS scores in different study group were lower than those in control group,itwith statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)The Apgar score(9.1±0.4)of neonates in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(8.3±0.7).The total labor time(6.2±1.3)h,postpartum blood loss(180.5±5.8)mL,postpartum milk volume(864.3±105.6)mL in the study group were all lower than those in the control group(9.2±1.6)h,postpartum blood loss(256.8±8.5)mL,postpartum milk volume(745.9±122.7)mL,the difference was statistically significant(t=22.1880,32.5396,165.7991,16.3543,P<0.05).Conclusion The painless delivery technology can reduce the incidence of adverse delivery outcomes,relieve the pain of the pregnant women,shorten the total labor time,improve the Apgar score of the newborn,which has obvious advantages over the conventional delivery.
