摘要
某选矿厂早期投产时,没有充分考虑胶带机相关配置,导致后期运行中出现了诸多问题。为满足安全运行,尝试在投入少量成本的条件下,自主研制抱闸机构以适应生产需求。通过现场反复测试和研究,最终自主设计了一套抱闸机构,一举解决了困扰胶带机运行的倒转问题,现场使用效果良好。
This article introduces the manufacturing scheme and application examples of the self-made brake mechanism of belt conveyor in a beneficiation plant.When the beneficiation plant was put into operation in the early stage,the relevant configuration of the belt conveyor was not fully considered,which caused many problems in the later operation.In order to meet the safe operation,try to independently develop the brake mechanism to meet the production requirements under the condition of investing a small amount of cost.Through repeated tests and research at site,a set of brake mechanism is independently designed at last,which solved the inversion problem that plagued the operation of the belt conveyor at one fell swoop.The use effect is good at site.
