摘要 进入新世纪以后,社会经济和科学技术的进步促进了电气工程及其自动化技术有了新的发展和突破,电气工程及其自动化技术已经成为了当前新世纪国家科学技术水平的最新标志。电气工程和自动化技术已广泛应用于所有生活领域,对电力工程领域产生了至关重要的影响,并将电力工程技术的发展引向了更具智能的道路,很多需要人工操作的工作,通过电气工程自动化技术就能自动完成,危险性大大的降低,缩短劳动时间和减轻工人劳动强度,大幅提高工作效率,节约劳动生产成本。铝电解生产所运用到的电气多功能机组完全是由电气工程自动化技术实现。电气多功能装置是广泛用于铝制解铝生产的机电设备之一,在电解铝生产中发挥着非常重要的作用。多功能电气设备在电解铝生产中,所处的环境为高温,高磁场,高粉尘。它的驱动系统和控制系统等完全由同步电机,变压器,空开,电磁阀,变频器,PLC程序技术和网络技术等实现。 After entering the new century,the progress of social economy and science and technology has promoted new development and breakthroughs in electrical engineering and its automation technology.Electrical engineering and its automation technology have become the latest symbol of the current national science and technology level in the new century.Electrical engineering and its automation technology have been widely used in all walks of life,and had an extremely important impact on the field of electrical engineering,leading the development of electrical engineering technology to a more intelligent road.Many tasks that require manual operation can be automatically completed through electrical engineering automation technology,which greatly reduces the risk,shortens labor time and reduces labor intensity,work efficiency is greatly improved,and labor and production costs are saved.The electrical multifunctional unit used in aluminum electrolysis production is completely realized by electrical engineering automation technology.Electrical multifunctional unit is one of the electrical machinery equipment widely used in aluminum electrolysis production,and it plays an extremely important role in electrolytic aluminum production.In the production of electrolytic aluminum,the electric multifunctional unit is exposed to high temperature,high magnetic field and high dust.Its drive system and control system are completely realized by synchronous motors,transformers,air switches,solenoid valves,frequency converters,PLC program technology and network technology.
