摘要
植物源性天然药物因活性成分复杂,多组分发挥作用,成为抗菌药物的研究热点之一。鉴于学者对植物源性天然药物在抗菌作用机制方面的系统性深入研究,将从影响细菌蛋白质合成,改变菌体生物膜通透性及形成,抑制和破坏菌体生物被膜的形成,影响微生物遗传物质以及影响菌体细胞内呼吸作用能量代谢等方面进行综述,以期为植物源性天然药物的后续研究工作和开发新药提供参考。
Plant-derived natural medicine have become one of the hotspots of antibacterial drug research because of their multiple active ingredients and multi-component action. In view of the systematic and in-depth research on the mechanism of antibacterial action of plant-derived natural drugs,the author reviewed the effects of plant-derived natural drugs on bacterial protein synthesis,alteration of bacteriophage biofilm permeability and formation,inhibition and disruption of bacteriophage biofilm formation,influence on microbial genetic material and influence on intracellular respiratory energy metabolism of bacteriophage,with a view to providing reference for the follow-up research work and development of new drugs of plant-derived natural drugs. It was intended to provide a reference for subsequent research and development of new drugs.
