摘要
目的探究综合护理干预在锁骨骨折患者围术期的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月~2020年3月江西省宜春市第二人民医院收治60例锁骨骨折患者为研究对象,均予以传统手术治疗,采用蓝红双色数字1~30数列分布法分为常规组(30例)与综合组(30例)。常规组给予常规护理干预,综合组给予综合护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果两组的肩关节功能评分(Constant-Murley)、美国肩与肘协会评分系统(ASES)评分高于治疗前,视觉模拟疼痛评分法(VAS)评分低于治疗前,综合组的Constant-Murley、ASES评分高于常规组,VAS评分低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合组的功能恢复总优良率高于常规组,综合组的并发症总发生率低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于锁骨骨折开展综合护理,利于功能转归,降低并发症发生情况,应用价值较高。
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative period of patients with clavicle fracture.Methods A total of 60 patients with clavicle fracture admitted to the Second People′s Hospital of Yichun City from June 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were given traditional surgical treatment,and were divided into the conventional group(30 cases)and the comprehensive group(30 cases)according to the blue-red two-color number 1-30 sequence distribution.Conventional nursing intervention was given the conventional group,and comprehensive nursing intervention was given the comprehensive group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The shoulder function scores(Constant-Murley)and rating scale of the American shoulder and elbow surgeons(ASES)scores in both groups after treatment were higher than before treatment,and the visual analogue scale(VAS)score were lower than before treatment,the scores of Constant-Murley and ASES in the comprehensive group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the VAS score was lower than that in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total excellent and good rate of functional recovery in the comprehensive group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the total incidence of complications in the comprehensive group was lower than that in the conventional group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in the nursing of clavicle fracture is beneficial to the functional outcome and the reduction of complication occurrence,which has high application value.
