摘要
目的探讨人文关怀对直肠癌新辅助放化疗患者希望水平和治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2018年1月~2019年12月南昌大学第二附属医院收治的62例实施新辅助放化疗治疗的直肠癌患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为对照组(31例)与研究组(31例)。对照组采用常规干预方法,研究组采用常规干预+人文关怀方法。两组患者均进行干预20 d。比较两组的希望水平、治疗依从性。结果干预前,两组的希望水平评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组希望水平评分均高于干预前,研究组希望水平评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,研究组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在直肠癌新辅助放化疗患者护理中,予以患者人文关怀,可帮助患者提升治疗依从性及希望水平。
Objective To explore the effect of humanist officers on hope level and treatment compliance of patients with rectal cancer with neoadjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods A total of 62 rectal cancer patients who were treated with neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as study subjects.The patients were divided into control group(n=31)and study group(n=31)according to random number table method.Conventional intervention method was used in the control group and conventional intervention+humane care method was used in the study group.Patients in both groups underwent intervention for 20 days.The level of hope,treatment adherence were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the hope level scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the hope level score of both groups was higher than that before the intervention,and the hope level score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the adherence to treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with neoadjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy for rectal cancer,To give humane care to patients,can help patients improve treatment compliance and hope level.
