摘要
建筑工程项目管理“三控”目标为投资控制、质量控制和进度控制,他们之间的关系是相互制约、相互促进。其中投资控制是最根本的目标,直接关系到工程项目的经济收益和社会效益,在建筑工程项目实施的各个流程中,必须强化对各个环节投资的动态管理,将成本控制达到最为优化的状态。本文在阐述建筑工程项目投资构成因素和成本优化概念的基础上,分析项目投资动态管理和成本优化各个方面存在的不足,结合建筑工程项目运行现状提出了相应的控制措施,从而提升工程项目投资经济效益,提高我国建筑行业的国际竞争力。
The goal of“three controls”in construction project management is investment control,quality control and schedule control and the relationships between them are mutual restriction and mutual promotion.The investment control is the most fundamental goal.Since investment control is directly related to the economic and social benefits of the project,it is necessary to strengthen the dynamic management of the investment in each link in the various processes of the implementation of the construction project to achieve the most optimized state of cost control.In this paper,on the basis of expounding the construction project investment constituent factors and the concept of cost optimization,it analyzes the deficiencies in various aspects of project investment dynamic management and cost optimization.And then,corresponding control measures is proposed based on the current status of construction projects,so as to improve the economic benefits of project investment and enhance the international competitiveness of my country's construction industry.
