摘要
AE系列氧气充填泵一直沿用30 a前的经典设计,柱塞与气缸间的拉缸和咬缸现象以及由此带来严重的漏气问题尚未解决。为从根本上解决该问题,从材料和结构2个方面对现有氧气充填泵柱塞进行改进,采用氧化锆陶瓷合金材料取代不锈钢材料并使用全陶瓷整体加工设计柱塞。对比实验证实该设计可改善柱塞使用性能,延长柱塞使用寿命,降低加工成本。该设计开辟了陶瓷材料在升压机上应用的先例。
Traditional designed AE series oxygen-filling pump has been used for more than 30 years.Cylinder scoring, cylinder sticking and related air leakage have not been solved. Tries to solve this problem through improving existed plunger with new material and structure. Zirconia ceramic is used to replace stainless steel, while integral processing is used to produce plunger. Experiment proves that this design can improve plunger performance, prolong plunger life and reducing cost. This design contributes greatly to the application of ceramic in booster.
