摘要
随着建筑技术与材料的发展进步,国内众多的旧建筑需要改造,以满足日益增长的建筑质量要求。本文以广西某剧院改造为区域规划展示馆为例,对原大空间舞台进行隔层改造,重点探究设计、施工的技术措施,包括建筑内部的施工方法、增加层在设计方案中的结构安全、钢结构构件的加工工艺,并确保结构承载力和整体抗震性能。
With the development of building technology and materials,more and more old buildings in China need to be transformed to meet the increasing demands of life.In this paper for the regional planning exhibition hall theatre in Guangxi as an example,the original large space stage interlayer renovation,the key to explore the technical measures of design,construction,including the inside of the building construction method,increasing the layer in the design of structure safety,the processing technology of the steel structures,and ensure the structure bearing capacity and seismic performance as a whole.
