摘要
目的:探讨并研究直接药敏试验在临床血液细菌检验中的应用效果。方法:选择2018年10月至2020年6月阳春市人民医院收治的500例进行血液培养结果呈阳性的菌血症患者作为研究对象。对这些患者均进行常规药敏试验和直接药敏试验,然后统计用这两种方法检测细菌对抗生素耐药性的符合率,并比较进行直接药敏试验和常规药敏试验的用时。结果:对这500例患者进行常规药敏试验和直接药敏试验时,检测细菌对抗生素耐药性的总符合率为95%。用这两种方法检测革兰阴性菌对抗生素耐药性的符合率为95.92%,检测革兰阳性菌对抗生素耐药性的符合率为92.42%。与进行常规药敏试验相比,进行直接药敏试验的用时更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用直接药敏试验和常规药敏试验检测细菌对抗生素耐药性的符合率较高,与进行常规药敏试验相比,进行直接药敏试验的用时更短。
Objective:To explore and study the application effect of direct drug susceptibility test in clinical blood bacterial examination.METHODS:From October 2018 to June 2020,500 patients with bacteremia who were treated in Yangchun People’s Hospital were selected as the research subjects.Routine drug sensitivity test and direct drug sensitivity test were carried out on all these patients,and then the coincidence rate of detecting bacterial resistance to antibiotics by these two methods was counted,and the time of conducting direct drug sensitivity test and conventional drug sensitivity test was compared.Results:The total coincidence rate of detecting bacterial resistance to antibiotics was 95%in the routine test and direct test of 500 patients.The coincidence rate of Gram-negative bacteria and Gram-positive bacteria to antibiotic resistance was 95.92%and 92.42%respectively.Compared with conventional drug sensitivity test,the time of direct drug sensitivity test was shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:The coincidence rate of direct drug sensitivity test and conventional drug sensitivity test for detecting bacterial resistance to antibiotics is higher,and the time of direct drug sensitivity test is shorter than that of convention al drug sensitivity test.
