摘要
目的研究信息-动机-行为技巧模型的延续性护理对AIS中患者神经功能恢复、自我护理能力及建立健康行为模式的影响。方法选取铜陵市人民医院2018年1月到2019年6月收治的124例血管内治疗的AIS患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为干预组和对照组各62人。干预组采取IMB的延续性护理,对照组患者采用神经外科常规护理。6个月后采取CSS神经功能缺损量表、自我护理能力测定表、健康促进生活方式量表Ⅱ进行问卷调查。结果出院后6个月干预组CSS神经功能缺损量表得分27.0±3.81分,自我护理能力测定表得分100.42±4.24分,健康促进生活方式量表Ⅱ得分146.26±6.33分;对照组以上量表得分依次是30.96±4.95分,80.89±5.65分,134.90±5.26分,两组比较差异存在统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论IMB的延续性护理在AIS患者出院后康复期的效果显著,能够促进患者出院后的神经功能恢复、提高自我护理能力和增强患者健康行为的依从性,有利于促进患者全面康复。
Objective To study the effect of continuous care of information-motivation-behavioral skill model on the recovery of neurological function,self-care ability and the establishment of healthy behavior patterns in AIS patients.Method A total of 124 AIS patients with endovascular therapy who were admitted to Tongling City People's Hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research object,and the patients were divided into intervention group and control group according to random number table method.The intervention group took continuous care of the IMB,and the patients in the control group received routine neurosurgery care.Six months later,the CSS neurological impairment scale,self-care ability measurement scale,and health promotion lifestyle scale II were used for questionnaire survey.Result Six months after discharge,the intervention group scored 27.0±3.81 points on the CSS Neurological Impairment Scale,100.42±4.24 points on the Self-Nursing Ability Test Scale,146.26±6.33 points on the Health Promotion Lifestyle Scale II;The order is 30.96±4.95 points,80.89±5.65 points,134.90±5.26 points,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion The continuous care of IMB had a significant effect in the recovery period of AIS patients after discharge,it could improve the recovery of neurological function after discharge,improve the ability of self-care,enhance the compliance of patients with healthy behaviors,and help promote the comprehensive recovery of patients.A new model of continuous care for the"hospital-community-family"IMB should be actively constructed.
