摘要
中药方剂是应对重大疫情的“军火库”。建立重大疫情防治中药方剂应急储备库是中医药防治举措全面融入应急预案和技术方案的重要途径。通过建立疫病防治经典名方的分类防治应急储备库、疫病防治中药制剂基础研究储备库、疫病防治中药方剂常备药材及饮片储备数据库、疫病防治已有中成药储备数据库等4个子数据库,形成系统完整的重大疫情防治中药方剂应急储备库,实现有“疫”即有可选用对证中药组方,有“疫”即有可使用的制剂,有“疫”即有可调剂组方的药材饮片,有“疫”即有可增产应用的中成药产品,从而健全我国重大疫情应对快速反应机制。长春中医药大学通过阶段性实践与探索,初步证实了重大疫情防治中药方剂应急储备库建立的可行性。
Traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions are the“arms arsenal”for dealing with major epidemics.Establishing an emergency reserve database of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for the prevention and treatment of major epidemics is an important way for Chinese medicine prevention and treatment measures to be fully integrated into emergency plans and technical plans.Through the establishment of four sub-databases:a classifi ed prevention and treatment emergency reserve database,a basic research reserve database,a reserve database of standing medicinal materials and decoction pieces,and a reserve database of existing Chinese patent medicines,a systematic and complete emergency reserve database of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for the prevention and treatment of major epidemics is formed,achieving the goals that when there is an epidemic,there are options of TCM prescriptions with corresponding syndromes,there are preparations available for use,there are pieces of traditional Chinese medicine with adjustable prescriptions,and there are proprietary Chinese medicine products that can be increased in production and applied right away,so as to improve the rapid response mechanism of major epidemics in China.Through the phased practice and exploration,Changchun University of Chinese Medicine has preliminarily confi rmed the feasibility of establishing an emergency reserve database of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for the prevention and treatment of major epidemics.
