摘要
针对"雪龙"号极地考察船在2013年更换主机和发电机组之后,其集控室地板的振动情况一直较为严重的问题,通过多次勘验、测试分析,找出造成集控室振动过大的根源。从振源和传递路径的角度进行振动控制,采取改造排气管、对集控室结构振动进行评估与优化和实施阻尼处理等方法,开展多种方案的设计和优化,制订切实可行的优化方案,并通过实船应用验证其有效性。实船测试结果表明,采用该优化方案之后,集控室的振动问题得到了很好的解决,满足中国船级社最高舒适度要求。
There has been a large vibration inside the floor of central control room since the main engine and generator sets of polar research ship XUE LONG were replaced during the maintenance in 2013.After inspections and measurement analysis,the coupled vibration source that causes the excessive vibration in the central control room is found.Then vibration control measures are produced to the vibration source and its transmission path.The emission pipes are modified,the evaluation and optimization of the central control room structures are carried out and the damping treatment is implemented.Some improvement schemes are designed and optimized,and a feasible optimization scheme is formulated,which is tested in the sea trial and the result shows that the vibration in the central control room is well reduced,making the ship satisfying the highest comfort level of China Classification Society.
