Objective The clinical efficacy of two different doses of methylprednisolone combined with ceftriaxone in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children was analyzed. Methods Using 80 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia treated in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020,the children were divided into two groups by random number distribution, the control group was treated with 2 mg/kg of methylprednisolone combined with ceftriaxone anti-infection treatment, the observation group was treated with 20 mg/kg of methylprednisolone combined with ceftriaxone anti-infection treatment, and the effective rate of treatment and the improvement time of clinical symptoms and signs were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement time of clinical symptoms and signs in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ceftriaxone is the most common anti-infective drug in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.the combination of ceftriaxone and methylprednisolone(methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection) can achieve a more ideal therapeutic effect.compared with 20 mg/kg methylprednisolone and 2 mg/kg methylprednisolone, the effect is better and can promote the recovery of children, so it has a broad development prospect in clinical application.
