摘要
对高校学生的核心价值观培养进行研究。分析了加强高校学生核心价值观培养的必要性,这是社会文化的需要,能够纠正错误的价值观,满足市场经济对人才的要求。高校教学方式、家庭成长环境、社会环境都会对学生的核心价值观产生直接影响。高校核心价值观教育培养的内容还相对较为缺乏,大部分是通过“两课”来进行,教育形式较为简单,内容也比较局限。学生的幼儿及基础教育阶段都是在家庭环境中进行成长和学习的,家庭成员的思想价值理念会通过生活中的具体事例传递给下一代。互联网环境下存在一些不良的思想价值理念,会对学生的思想价值观念产生负面影响。提出了加强高校学生核心价值观培养的策略:发挥“两课”的教学作用,开展多种形式的校园文化活动,建立有效的考核评价体系,使高校学生自觉践行和发扬优秀的价值理念,成为优秀社会文化传承的良好典范。
The research explores the college student core value cultivation,and analyzes the necessity of strengthening the college student core value cultivation.It is the requirement of social culture,and it can correct wrong value to satisfy the talent requirement of market economy.Teaching methods of colleges,growth environment of their family and social environment will directly influence the core value.The content of college core value cultivation is relatively lack.The cultivation mostly relies on“Two Courses”,education form is relatively simple,and the content is relatively limit.The infant and basic education stage of the students is growing and studying in family environment.Ideological value concept of family members will transmit to the next generation through the specific examples in daily life.There is some adverse ideological value concept in internet environment,which will generate negative influence on ideological value concept of the students.The strategies of strengthening college student core value cultivation are proposed,i.e.to play the teaching function of“Two Courses”,develop campus cultural activities of various forms,and establish effective assessment system,to make college students conscientious practice promote excellent value idea,and form good example of excellent social culture inheritance.
