摘要
对以职业能力为导向的高职体育教学改革进行研究。以职业能力为导向的高职体育教学改革措施主要包括转变教学理念,优化教学内容,改进教学方法,明确教学目标,完善教学评价。要将体育课程与专业课程相结合,提升体育教学的职业性。要根据学生的专业发展方向开展针对性教学工作,如计算机专业学生需要长期伏案工作,应针对此类学生强化背部肌肉,进行颈椎放松练习。对幼教类专业学生来说,可以借助学校的形体房等资源来进行简单的形体训练。汽修专业学生的体育教学则需要重点开展力量方面的训练。幼儿教育专业与酒店管理专业的学生对形体有着更高的要求,必须加强对学生的形体塑造,提升四肢的灵活性与协调性,可安排一些芭蕾或瑜伽等训练活动。教师应充分借助多媒体的优势,改变以往单一的教学方法,向学生讲解体育运动项目,激发学生兴趣。体育教学考核方案应将大学生健康体质测试数据囊括进来,帮助学生形成明确的锻炼目标,实现体育教学评价的合理化。
The research explores the physical education teaching reform oriented by vocational ability.The measures of physical education teaching reform oriented by vocational ability mainly include transforming teaching concept,optimizing teaching content,clarifying teaching target,and perfecting teaching evaluation.It is suggested to combine physical with professional course,improve professionalism of physical teaching,develop targeted teaching according to the student professional development orientation.Students of Computer Major need to work at their desks for a long time,so we should strengthen back muscle for the students,and do cervical vertebra relax exercise.Students of Preschool Education Major can do simple figure training through borrowing the body room,etc in the school.Students of Mobile Breakdown Service Major need to mainly develop strength training.There is higher requirement for the students of Pre-school Education Major and Hotel Management Major.It is necessary to strengthen the student body shape,improve flexibility and harmony of arms and legs,so we can arrange some training activities,such as ballet or yoga.Teachers should fully borrow from the advantages of multimedia,change simple teaching method before,explain some physical exercise items for the students,and motivate student interest.Health physical fitness test data of college students should be contained in the physical teaching appraisal program,to help students to form specific exercise target,and achieve the rationalization of physical teaching evaluation.
