摘要
对建筑电气专业创新复合型培养方案展开探讨。以开拓创新为理念,以能力培养为主线,从教学内容、教材与资料、教学方法、实践等四方面提出了对建筑电气专业培养方案的改革策略,通过优化、组合教学方式,更新教学理念,以达到培养与企业需求对接的复合型高技能人才。对建筑电气专业培养方案的革新体现出教育与时俱进的活力与创造性,从实践的改革效果来看,本次改革是顺应时代与建筑市场需求发展的,能够激发学生的学习热情和积极性,促进复合型人才的培养。
This research explores the innovative and compound training program of Architecture Electric Major.Through taking the innovation concept,and ability training as the mainline,the reform strategies of the training scheme of Architecture Electric Major are proposed from four aspects,including teaching content,teaching materials,teaching method and practice.Through optimization,combination teaching method,and innovation of teaching concept,the compound high-skilled talents can be trained in accordance with the enterprise requirements.The innovation of the cultivation program of Architecture Electric Major reflects the vitality and creativity.From the effect of practice and reform,the reform conforms to the age and the development of architecture market demand.It can motivate student learning enthusiasm and initiative,and promote the training of compound talents.
