摘要
依托三重螺旋理论,分析制约“政产学”和“知行创”相互耦合的宏观壁垒和微观束缚,从学理角度审视“政产学”创新系统对大学生“知行创”能力提升的影响机理,推动形成大学生创新创业教育与国家创新系统有效对接的体制机制,实现“政产学”和“知行创”的交叉融合和机理耦合,以政府层面的政策服务体制、产业层面的产业引领体系和大学层面的创客发展模式,构建“政产学融合+知行创耦合”大学生创新创业能力提升的三重螺旋动力模式,助力创新型国家建设.
According to the triple helix theory,the macro-barriers and micro-bindings that restrict the coupling of“government-industry-university”and“knowledge-practice-creation”is analyzed and the influence mechanism of the“government-industry-university”innovation system on university students’“knowledge-practice-creation”ability is examined,so as to promote the formation of an institutional mechanism for the effective connection between college students’innovation and entrepreneurship education and the national innovation system,and realize the cross-integration and mechanism coupling of“government-industry-university”and“knowledge-practice-creation”.With policy service system at governmental level,industry leadership system on industrial level,and maker development model at university’s level,a triple helix dynamic model of the capability of innovation and entrepreneurship of colleges and universities with the coupling of“government-industry-university”plus“knowledge-practice-creation”is constructed to support an innovative country.
