摘要
采用磷酸二氢钾-硫酸铜溶液超声提取,离心过0.45μm滤膜后,通过对试样的预处理条件、仪器的最佳使用条件、方法的检出限、精密度和加标回收率的研究,建立了高效液相色谱-原子荧光光谱仪测定农作物样品中Se(Ⅳ)和Se(Ⅵ)含量的方法。方法的检出限Se(Ⅳ)和Se(Ⅵ)均为1.5μg/kg,方法的精密度(RSD)为5.8%~8.2%和加标回收率为91.5%~96.3%。方法高效、快速、简便,适用于地质实验室的广泛推广应用。
In order to determine the content of Inorganic Selenium(including disodium selenite Se(IV)and selenate Se(VI)in crops),samples were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS)after 0.45μm filtration and ultrasonic extraction with monopotassium phosphate-cupric sulfate solution.The detection limit of this method is 1.5μg/kg Se(IV)and 1.5μg/kg Se(VI).The relative standard deviation(RSD)of the method was 5.8%—8.2%and the recovery was 91.5%—96.3%.In this paper,an efficient,rapid and simple method for the determination of inorganic selenium in crops has been established by studying the pretreatment conditions of samples,the best use conditions of instruments,the detection limits of the method,the precision and the recovery,thismethod is suitable for popularization and application in the geological laboratory.
