摘要
将一定量含铅透明塑料样品置于密闭顶空瓶内,在100℃加热平衡60 min,取上层气体进行检测,得出挥发性物质主要为丙烯酸正丁酯(BA)和苯乙烯(St),其含量分别为86.2和3.52 mg/g,相对标准偏差是6.6%和8.1%。加标回收实验表明,BA与St的平均回收率分别为60.2%和60.8%。将含铅透明塑料在80℃热处理50 h后,挥发性组分BA和St含量降为未处理时的63.88%和52.16%;100℃热处理50 h后,BA和St含量降为未处理时的37.39%和10.97%。因此,高温处理能够有效降低材料当中残留的挥发性组分。
A certain amount of lead-containing transparent plastic sample was placed in a closed headspace bottle,and heated at 100℃for 60 min,the upper gas was then taken for detection.The results showed that the mainly volatile substances in lead-containing transparent plastics were n-butyl acrylate and styrene.The contents of them were 86.19 and 3.52 mg/g,and the relative standard deviations were 6.6%and 8.1%,respectively.The standard recovery experiment showed that the average recovery rates of n-butyl acrylate(BA)and styrene(St)were 60.2%and 60.8%,respectively.After thermal treatment at 80℃for 50 h,the content of BA and St in the lead-containing transparent plastics decreased to 63.88%and 52.16%,respectively.After thermal treatment at 100℃for 50 h,those contents decreased to 37.39%and 10.97%,respectively.Therefore,hightemperature post-treatment was capable of reducing the residual volatile components in the material effectively.
