摘要
为了促进大型高效SLon立环高梯度磁选机在非金属矿提纯中的应用,指出设备大型化和高背景磁感应强度是SLon立环高梯度磁选机的发展趋势,以及SLon磁选机针对非金属矿选矿的技术创新成果,最后介绍了SLon立环高梯度磁选机在石英砂除铁、某黄金尾矿中选长石、某钽铌尾矿中选长石、某海相石英砂除铁中的应用。指出(1)市场需求推动了SLon磁选机的大型化、高效化,新型SLon磁选机具有节能、高效、占地面积小、智能化程度高等优点。(2)针对非金属矿除铁提纯的特点,SLon磁选机在选材、控制和磁介质的排列上进行了不断优化,在提高除铁效率的同时,在设备操作的便利性、可靠性、安全性上也有了显著的提高。(3)无论是Fe_(2)O_(3)含量为0.05%的石英岩还是Fe_(2)O_(3)含量为0.02%的海相石英砂,均能得到Fe_(2)O_(3)含量小于0.008%的超白石英砂产品;用于钽铌矿尾矿、金尾矿中长石的提纯时,白度通常会提高20~30个百分点;用于玻璃、陶瓷原料的提纯时,有利于缩短生产流程、降低生产成本、产生规模效益和环境效益。可见,SLon磁选机用于非金属矿加工,具有广泛的应用前景。
For the purpose of promoting the application of large-scale and high efficiency SLon verti⁃cal ring high gradient magnetic separator in the purification of non-metallic ore,it is pointed out that largescale and high background magnetic field are the development trend of SLon vertical ring high gradient magnetic separator,as well as the technological innovation achievements of SLon vertical ring high gradient magnetic separator for the beneficiation of non-metallic ore.Finally,the applications of SLon vertical ring high gradient magnetic separator in removing iron from quartz sand,the separation of feldspar from a gold tailings,the separation of feldspar from tantalum niobium tailings and iron removal from marine quartz sand are introduced.It is pointed out①By the market demand drive,SLon vertical ring high gradient magnetic separator come into large-scale and high efficiency,the new type of the SLon magnetic separator has the ad⁃vantages of energy saving,high efficiency,small fooprint and upper intelligent.②In view of the characteris⁃tics of iron removal purification in non-metallic ores,SLon vertical ring high gradient magnetic separator has been continuously optimized in selecting material,controlling and arrangement of magnetic media.While improving iron removal efficiency,the convenience,reliability and safety of equipment operation have also been improved significantly.③Whether the quartzite with 0.05%Fe_(2)O_(3) content or marine quartz sand with 0.02%Fe_(2)O_(3) content,the ultra white quartz sand with Fe_(2)O_(3) content less than 0.008%can be obtained;When it is used for the purification of feldspar in tantalum-niobium tailings and gold tailings,the whiteness is usually increased by 20~30 percentage points;When it is used in the purification of raw materials of glass and ceramics,it is beneficial to shorten the flow of production,lower the production cost,and produce scale economy and environmental benefit.Visibly,SLon vertical ring high gradient magnetic sepa⁃rator has a wide application p
