摘要
实验室安全准入是实验室安全管理体系架构的前端,以实验人员教育培训为核心的安全准入机制趋于成熟,但仅考核人员安全意识与安全知识的准入机制不足以支撑实验室安全体系有效运行和科学发展。借鉴欧美高校实验室EH&S体系理念,在实验室安全准入机制中补充构建实验室环境与实验活动的安全风险评估与准入审核机制,提升实验人员的环境保护与职业健康意识,进而精准预判与管控实验室安全风险,科学提升实验室安全管理与隐患治理水平。
Laboratory safety access is the front-part of laboratory safety system framework.The safety access mechanism,which centers on the education and training of laboratory personnel,is becoming mature.However,the safety access mechanism,which only examines personnel's safety consciousness and safety knowledge,is not enough to support the effective operation and scientific development of laboratory safety system.Basing on the concept of EH&S system of laboratories in European and American colleges and universities,we should supplement and establish safety risk assessment and access audit mechanism of laboratory environment and activities in the safety access mechanism,educate and promote the environmental protection and occupational health consciousness of laboratory personnel,so as to accurately predict and control laboratory safety risks,and scientifically improve the level of laboratory safety management and hidden danger management.
