摘要
城镇化进程使城市高楼林立,建筑工地遍布各个区域。如何实现建筑工地的高效管理,更加符合当前绿色、智能、高效、节能的可持续发展主题,成为更多项目管理人员需要面对的问题。本文提出绿色施工管理理念,通过将建筑施工现场管理的各个方面统一集合起来,实现施工的集约化管理平台。在具体施工过程中,可通过平台实现现场数据采集、后台数据分析、预警紧急响应等功能。对平台进行建设和优化,提高项目施工管理效率,达到项目施工管理的智能化与经济化。
The process of urbanization has led to urban high-rise buildings,and the construction sites are all over the city.How to realize the efficient management of construction site,more in line with the current green,intelligent,efficient,energy-saving sustainable development theme,has become a problem that more project managers need to face.This paper puts forward the concept of green construction management,and realizes the construction of intensive management platform by unifying all aspects of construction site management.In the concrete construction process,the functions of field data acquisition,background data analysis,early warning emergency response can be realized through the platform.The platform is constructed and optimized to improve the efficiency of project construction management and achieve the intelligence and economy of project construction management.
