摘要
针对注聚油田污水处理采出液存油水分离困难的问题,根据含聚污水水质特征,设计了一套改进型旋流气浮分离装置,并在某油田处理站进行试验,考察了污水处理量、回流比、分流比、气泡粒径对气浮旋流效果的影响。结果表明,在含聚污水处理量为7m3·h^(-1),20%的回流比,11%的分流比,较大气泡粒径工况条件下,处理后的污水含油量从500.6mg·L^(-1)下降至45.75mg·L^(-1),悬浮物含量从601.7mg·L^(-1)下降至206.1mg·L^(-1),达到了进入过滤流程的要求。
Aiming at the problem of difficult oil-water separation in polymer injection oilfield wastewater treatment produced liquid,according to the water quality characteristics of polymer-containing wastewater,an improved swirl air flotation separation device was designed and tested in an oilfield treatment station.The effects of sewage treatment flow,reflux ratio,split ratio,and bubble size on the effect of air floatation swirl were investigated.The results showed that the oil content of the treated wastewater is reduced from 500.6mg·L-1 to 45.75mg·L-1 under the conditions of a polymer-containing wastewater treatment capacity of 7m3·h-1,reflux ratio of 20%,a split ratio of 11%,and a larger bubble size.The suspended solids content reduce from 601.7mg·L-1 to 206.1mg·L-1,meeting the requirements for entering the filtration process.
