摘要
对比过氧化氢氧化降解棕化废液,采用次氯酸钠溶液氧化降解条件温和,使用量少,价格低廉,结合固液分离装置,可以大幅度降低物料成本。电解得到金属铜纯度在97%以上,铜离子回收率超过75%,化学需氧量降解效率在92%以上。
Compared with hydrogen peroxide oxidative degradation of browning waste liquid,bleaching water has mild oxidative degradation conditions,low usage and low price.Combined with solid-liquid separation device,material costs can be greatly reduced.The purity of the metal copper obtained by electrolysis is over 97%,the recovery rate of copper ions is over 75%,and the COD degradation efficiency is over 92%.
