This paper describes the current situation and solutions of expressway tunnel emergency multi-level alarm receiving communication system, including the characteristics of the multi-level alarm receiving communication system, the overall architecture of the system, the basic functions of the system, and discusses the typical application scenarios of the emergency multi-level alarm receiving communication system.
