智能变电站二次设备智能验收系统设计与实现 被引量:6

摘要 智能变电站的规划和建设已经进入了高速发展期,在电网中所占比重越来越大,其基建验收作为成功投运的重要条件,已经成为电力人员需要重点进行的工作,二次系统作为变电站核心,其验收成为全站的重点和难点。为了提升验收实施效率,提高调试工作的自动化水平,开展智能变电站二次系统自动验收的研究势在必行。研究了智能变电站二次系统的通信结构,提出了基于故障仿真、报文收集解析、功能自动评估的二次设备智能验收系统,有望提升二次设备验收效率、缩短二次系统验收周期。 The planning and construction of smart substations has entered a period of rapid development,and it accounts for an increasing proportion of the power grid.As an important condition for successful commissioning of its infrastructure construction acceptance,it has become a key task for electricians.The secondary system is the core of the substation,and its acceptance has become the focus and difficulty of the whole station.In order to improve the efficiency of acceptance and the automation level of commissioning,it is imperative to carry out research on the automatic acceptance of secondary systems in smart substations.The communication structure of secondary system in intelligent substation is studied.A secondary equipment intelligent acceptance system based on fault simulation,message collection and analysis,and automatic function evaluation is proposed,which is expected to improve the efficiency of secondary equipment acceptance and shorten the cycle of secondary system acceptance.
