摘要
目的:分析新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)患者出院1个月后复诊结果。方法:纳入2020年3月5日前在我院治愈并于出院1个月后到我院复诊的54例COVID-19患者,其中轻症组40例、重症组14例。通过复查实验室指标、核酸检测、胸部HRCT评估病情转归。结果:出院1个月后重症组患者伴有咳嗽、咳痰症状发生率及胸部HRCT有明显病灶比例显著高于轻症组(P<0.01),淋巴细胞计数高于轻症组(P<0.05);重症组LDH水平均显著高于同一时间点的轻症组(P<0.01)。14例复诊患者呼吸道新冠病毒核酸复阳。结论:部分COVID-19患者在出院1个月后有轻微症状,以咳嗽、咳痰为主,重症患者较轻症患者肺部病灶吸收稍慢,部分患者存在出院后核酸复阳现象。
Objective:To analyze further consultation outcomes of patients with COVID-19 one month after discharge.Methods:54 patients with COVID-19 who were cured in our hospital before March 5,2020,and visited our hospital one month after discharge were included,including 40 mild cases and 14 severe cases.The patients’condition was evaluated by reexamination of laboratory indexes,nucleic acid detection and chest HRCT.Results:One month after discharge,the incidence of cough and expectoration symptoms and the rate of chest HRCT lesions in the severe group were significantly higher than those in the mild group(P<0.01),and the lymphocyte count was higher than that in the mild group(P<0.05);the LDH level in the severe group was significantly higher than that in the mild group at the same time point(P<0.01).Nucleic acid detection of novel coronavirus in respiratory tract was re-positive in 14 cases.Conclusion:Some patients with COVID-19 have mild symptoms one month after discharge,mainly cough and expectoration.The absorption of lung lesions in severe patients is slightly slower than that in mild patients,and nucleic acid detection returns to positive results in some patients one month after discharge.
