摘要
目的:观察改良聚乙丙交酯(PGLA)线平刺透穴束带埋线法配合耳穴刺激对肝郁气滞型肥胖患者肥胖指标及焦虑与抑郁等负性情绪的影响。方法:将60例肝郁气滞型单纯性肥胖患者随机分为两组,均在常规营养科指导以及耳穴刺激的基础上,对照组30例采用羊肠线穴位埋线,治疗组30例采用改良PGLA线平刺透穴束带法埋线,采用Inbody S10人体成分仪观察肥胖相关指标及焦虑、抑郁自评量表负性情绪变化,记录患者首次食欲下降时间、治疗总次数以及不良反应。结果:两组患者在治疗前各项肥胖指标差异统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后肥胖相关指标以及焦虑、抑郁自评分均较治疗前有所改善,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);其中,治疗组首次食欲下降时间较对照组缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗总次数较对照组减少,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗3个疗程后,治疗组腰围疗效明显优于对照组,疼痛、皮下硬结等不良反应均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良PGLA线平刺透穴束带埋线法配合耳穴刺激能有效降低肥胖相关指标,改善负性情绪,降低不良反应。
Objective:To explore the effects of horizontal point-through-point PGLA thread embedding combined with auricular acupressure on obesity indicators and negative emotion in obese patients with Liver-qi stagnation.Methods:60 obese patients with Liver-qi stagnation were randomly divided into the control group(n=30)and the treatment group(n=30).Except for the basic treatment of nutrition guidance and auricular acupressure,the patients in the control group received catgut embedding,whereas the patients in the treatment group accepted horizontal point-through-point PGLA thread embedding.Obesity indicators were measured by Inbody S10 human body analyzer.Negative emotion was assessed by self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale.The first time point of loss of appetite,the therapeutic times and the adverse effects were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results:There were no statistical differences in all obesity indicators between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05).Indicators related to obesity and the scores of anxiety and depression were significantly improved after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05).The first time point of loss of appetite was earlier and the therapeutic times were less in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The waist circulation in the treatment group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Less adverse reactions were found in the treatment group when compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Horizontal point-through-point PGLA thread embedding combined with auricular acupressure can effectively and safely reduce relative obesity indicators and improve negative emotion,reduce adverse reactions and save health resources in treating obese patients with Liver-qi stagnation.
