摘要
目的:观察对比针刺结合高电位疗法与常规针刺法对面肌痉挛的疗效差异。方法:将238例面肌痉挛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各119例,对照组采用常规针刺法,观察组在对照组基础上加用高电位疗法,两组针刺选穴均以攒竹、四白、太阳、迎香、地仓、承浆、颧髎、和髎为主穴。两组患者治疗频率均为每日1次,10天为1疗程,患者在结束每个疗程后,要继续治疗之前需休息两天,总共治疗3个疗程。两组患者结束所有治疗后,对其治疗前后面肌的痉挛程度进行比较,并分析评价其疗效,半年以后,打电话对患者进行随访,以判定其复发率。结果:观察组的患者愈显率79.45%(93/117),优于对照组的56.03%(65/116)(P<0.05);6个月后对两组愈显患者进行电话随访,观察组复发率14.81%(8/54),低于对照组的33.33%(14/42)。结论:针刺结合高电位疗法治疗面肌痉挛的近、远期疗效均优于常规针刺。
Objective: To observe and compare the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with high potential therapy and routine acupuncture on hemifacial spasm.Methods: 238 patients with hemifacial spasm were randomly divided into an observation group(n=119) and a controlled group(n=119),the two groups of acupuncture points were to save Cuanzu, Sibai, Taiyang, Yingxiang, Dicang, Chengjiang, Qianliao, and Heliao for the main points.Patients in both groups were treated once a day for 10 days for one course.After each course, patients had to rest for two days before continuing treatment.There were 3 courses of treatment.The two groups of patients after all the treatment, before and after the treatment of Hemifacial spasm were compared, and analysis of its efficacy, after six months, call the patients for follow-up, to determine the recurrence rate.Results: The recovery rate of the patients in the observation group was 79.45%(93/117),which was better than that of the controlled group 56.03%(65/116)(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate of the patients in the observation group was 14.81%(8/54),which was lower than that of the controlled group 33.33%(14/42).Conclusion: The short-term and long-term therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with high potential therapy on hemifacial spasm is better than that of routine acupuncture.
