摘要
目的:观察佐金平木方联合瑞舒伐他汀片治疗高血压合并颈动脉硬化对患者单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)、成纤维细胞生长因子23(FGF23)、高敏-C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)影响,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:选取我院2018年6月~2020年2月收治的高血压合并颈动脉硬化患者104例,根据治疗方法分为两组,每组52例。对照组给予瑞舒伐他汀片治疗,观察组给予佐金平木方联合瑞舒伐他汀片治疗。记录两组治疗前后中医症候积分、颈总动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、斑块面积及血压、MCP-1、FGF23、hs-CRP水平变化。结果:治疗后,两组头目不清爽、心烦气躁、健忘易怒、口干口苦、面红目赤、大便干结、小便短赤积分较治疗前下降,观察组中医症候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组SBP、DBP、MCP-1、FGF23、hs-CRP水平及IMT、斑块面积较治疗前下降,观察组血压、MCP-1、FGF23、hs-CRP水平及IMT、斑块面积低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:佐金平木方联合瑞舒伐他汀片治疗高血压合并颈动脉硬化可降低MCP-1、FGF23、hs-CRP的表达水平,稳定斑块,减轻症状,有效控制降压。
Objective: To observe the effect of Zuojin Pingmu Recipe combined with Resuvastatin Tablets on monocyte chemoattractant protein 1(MCP-1),fibroblast growth factor 23(FGF23),hyper-sensitive-C reactive protein(hs-CRP) in patients with hypertension and carotid arteriosclerosis, and to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods: 104 patients with hypertension complicated with carotid arteriosclerosis treated in our hospital(June 2018~ February 2020) were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the treatment method, 52 cases in each group.The controlled group was treated with Resuvastatin Tablets, while the observation group was treated with Zuojin Pingmu Recipe combined with Resuvastatin Tablets.TCM syndrome score, carotid intima-media thickness(IMT),plaque area and changes of blood pressure and MCP-1,FGF23,hs-CRP level were recorded before and after treatment in two groups.Results: The scores of leaders were not refreshing, irritable, forgetful and irritable, dry mouth, red eyes, stool dry knot and short red urine were lower than before treatment, the TCM symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the controlled group(P<0.05),the SBP,DBP,MCP-1,FGF23,hs-CRP level and IMT,plaque area of the observation group were lower than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Treatment of hypertension with carotid arteriosclerosis with Zuojin Pingmu Recipe combined with Resuvastatin Tablets can reduce the expression level of MCP-1,FGF23,hs-CRP,stabilize plaque, alleviate symptoms, and effectively control hypotension.
