微创脊柱外科影像资料在脊柱外科教学中的应用价值分析

摘要 目的探讨在脊柱外科教学的过程中运用微创脊柱外科影像资料教学效果。方法研究纳入该校2019年9—12月52名临床专业的学生为研究对象,参照随机抽签分组的方式将52名学生分为A组(n=26)和B组(n=26),两组在脊柱外科教学的过程中采用不同的教学方式,其中A组的学生采用传统的教学方式,而B组的学生则给予微创脊柱外科影像资料进行教学,比较两组的教学效果。结果A组和B组在正式上课前理论考试成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在上课1个月后、2个月后和期末考试时,A、B两组的考试成绩均有明显的提升,不同阶段组内对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且B组在上课1个月后、2个月后和期末考试时的考核成绩均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组对教学方式满意度与A组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在脊柱外科教学过程中运用微创脊柱外科影像资料可以丰富学生的专业知识,增强学生的学习兴趣,提升其考核成绩,有效保障教学质量。 Objective To explore the effect of using minimally invasive spinal surgery imaging data in the teaching of spinal surgery.Methods The study included 52 clinical students in the school from September to December 2019 as the research objects.The 52 students were divided into group A(n=26)and group B(n=26)according to the random lottery grouping method.The two groups used different teaching methods during the teaching of spine surgery.The students in group A used traditional teaching methods,while the students in group B were given minimally invasive spine surgery imaging materials for teaching,and the teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in theoretical test scores between group A and group B before the formal class(P>0.05),but after one month,two months after class,and the final exam,the test scores of both groups A and B were significant in the improvement of different stages of the group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the assessment scores of group B after 1 month,2 months after class and the final exam are higher than those of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between group B's satisfaction with teaching methods and group A(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of minimally invasive spinal surgery imaging data in the teaching of spinal surgery can enrich students'professional knowledge,enhance students'interest in learning,improve their assessment results,and effectively guarantee the quality of teaching.It is worthy of promotion and implementation.
