摘要
目的:研究维生素D水平与小儿支原体肺炎肺外损害的相关性。方法:2018年6月-2020年6月收治肺炎支原体肺炎患儿125例,根据是否发生肺外损害分为两组。发生肺外损害患儿20例,作为研究组;未发生肺外损害患儿105例,作为对照组。比较两组血清25(OH)D水平及与肺外损害的相关性。结果:研究组血清25(OH)D、IgG水平均低于对照组,IgA、IgM水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组症状消失时间及住院时间均长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同肺外表现患儿的血清维生素D水平与IgM均呈负相关性(P<0.05)。结论:维生素D水平与小儿支原体肺炎肺外损害之间存在一定关系,维生素D在调节机体免疫、抵御支原体感染过程中可能发挥重要作用,可作为后期研究标准。
Objective:To study the correlation between vitamin D level and extrapulmonary damage in children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2020,125 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were selected and divided into two groups according to whether there was extrapulmonary damage.There were 20 children with extrapulmonary injury as the study group,and 105 children without extrapulmonary injury as the control group.We compared the serum 25(OH)D levels between the two groups and their correlation with extrapulmonary injury.Results:In the study group,serum 25(OH)D and IgG levels were lower than those in the control group,while IgA and IgM levels were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the symptom disappearance time and hospital stay were longer than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between serum vitamin D level and IgM in children with different extrapulmonary manifestations(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is a certain relationship between vitamin D level and extrapulmonary damage in children with mycoplasma pneumonia,vitamin D may play an important role in regulating the body's immunity and resisting MP infection,it can be used as a standard for later research.
